The safety of you, our colleagues and clinicians is top priority as we begin to open our doors and return to providing you with the same high standard of dental care that you have been used to. As such, there are a few things you will need to consider before your appointment:
Before you depart for the Practice, we ask that where possible, you have already visited the lavatory, are hydrated and have brushed your teeth.
Please ensure you only bring necessary items, as we cannot store anything at the Practice during your visit.
When you arrive, please ring the bell. A member of staff will open the door and instruct you on the next steps. It is important that you follow instructions from staff as there is a strict social distancing policy in place.
To minimise risk, please ensure you attend your appointment alone, unless you require assistance or are supporting a child or someone vulnerable. Please avoid bringing families.
If you pay for your dental treatment – you will be asked to pay in advance over the phone in order to minimise contact and risk at the Practice. If you are asked to make payment at the Practice, we are encouraging card payments only so where possible, please do not arrive with cash.
Patients should not attend the Practice if they, or any member of their household, have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19. Symptoms typically include a continuous cough, high temperature and/or loss of taste/smell on the day, or within the last 2 weeks.
Please help us and others to stay safe by following this guidance in full.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
